If it'a in the First Edition Imp city the owner is dead have looked round but can't find it. If it is there could someone please tell me so as not to waste more time looking. gamevsreality Posted May 17, 2011 Share Posted May 17, 2011 I did the quest yesterday and the only place i know of that sells the book is First Edition.Phintias is supposed to be set as essential so you will proabably have to use the resurrect cheat to get him back.
