I'm working on something like this at the moment. To have things shoot from walls just put an Xmarker where you want the shot fired from, then call it with something like this:

 

NameHere.FireWeapon WeapFlamer

 

NameHere is the name of your Xmarker of course. It might take some testing to find what angle it will shoot at and adjust it accordingly, but other than that there shouldn't be any serious problems. If you wanted to simply flood the tunnel with superheated plasma however, you could put a few Xmarkers running along the center and use PlaceAtMe on each followed by the name of an explosion. The trap I've got set up at the moment is a rip-off of the Vault 87 traps that spawn multiple gas leaks with PlaceAtMe then ignight them with FireWeapon, but there's no reason you couldn't have a script fire off a volley of nuka-grenades, mesmetron shots, or any projectile or explosion in the GECK.
