Hair Mod Problem

Hi, new to modding, I have "installed" Ren Hair Collection, and Moonshadow Elves mod. And now I want the hair to work on Moonshadow Elves, I followed this guide:

There: WastelandAssassin, posted "a how to do guide" I followed it, but here comes the problem. When I'm going to choose race, the only race avaliable is Vampire Race.

 

("then you will need to add the hair to the race you want

on the top menu, click Character -> Race

in this window, click on the race you want, and go to the Body Data tab

in the Hair Styles window, just drag and drop your new hair (you will need to have the hair menu open as well)

then, the race you chose now can use the new hair you have made")

 

So the problem is: The only race I can choose is Vampire Race?

 

I found a thread about this before, but no solution/answer to it. "stormwarrior" seems to have/had the same problem.

Any solution to my problem?

 

Can't find any solution on google, (maybe I look too bad, dunno)

Hope someone understands the problem.. My english is not so good, sorry about that.

Edit: Oblivion version is: 1.20416

Tes Construction set version is: 1.20404

You have to load the files first... Click the folder icon on the upper left and check the boxes next to Oblivion.esm, the moonshadow mod, and the hair mod.
