I created a simple weapon mod, but it is not working...

So I used GECK to create simple MOD to eliminate all energy weapon critical hit effects since it don't like ash or goop piles. I even changed the weight of a single weapon to quickly verify the mod has been loaded properly. To cut to the chase, it is not working. I have created a similar mod for FO3 without any issues.

 

I am using FOMM to ensure my "Game Tweaks v0.01.esp" file is loaded last. There should be no conflicts at all since this is the only plug-in I am attempting to use.

 

Hmmm.... is it because those first gen blue skinned super mutants are conspiring against me?

Does nothing appear to have changed? If so the GECK you are using is not a version compatible with the game. Ie if you have the 1.1 GECK with the 1.3 FNV or vice versa, the mod will not be loaded by the game even if you have it check to be.
