So, ill get the ball rolling, im not providing exact ingredients or methods, seeing its pretty hit and miss for me to cook it up, so here goes:

Youll need effects that fortify all 3 bar attributes: Health, Magicka, Fatigue.

the last effect should be something that will help your current situation/character as a whole.
