Player lost his voice?

My character no longer makes any sound when performing a melee. It's awkward to hear absolutely nothing every time. Is there a console command to fix this?

do you use a custom race, or a mod which modify the playable race?

are the NPC still speak?

No, I don't use very many mods AT ALL. NPCs can still speak and everything. In fact, I've turned all my mods off and tried...still nothing. I have to go back to an older save to hear it. Which means, something turned it off and the only chance I have is to use the console commands. Although I'm not sure which command could possibly fix this. -__- Edited by Deadspine

i'm not sure a command could do something.

did you use the console between your two saves?

if yes, what command?

to add level can make the perk bugging

I didn't use any commands. But when I put the gannon family tesla armor and helmet on, i noticed he wouldn't yell. Now he doesnt yell at all. It doesn't make any sense.

indeed

the only thing i see is that your sound bsa is corrupted.

i'm afraid you'll have to reinstall the game.

my saves should be fine though, right? couldn't i just replace the bsa with a clean one?

if you have created a backup with steam, it'll just take few minutes, same as if you have the DVD version.

but if you kust have the steam version and no save, indeed, it will take time. but i don't see how to change the bsa

i don't think you'll lost your saves but, in case of, make a backup.
