In the Slofs Horses 2.0 archive there's a folder 'Textures'. Extract that and either use OBMM or BAIN to install it or just place it in your Data folder. But unless you are nearing the esp limit it's probably easier to just use Slof's esp. If you want the 'Nightmare' replacer for Shadowmere you'll have to anyway.

 

My 'mod' just replaces the Legion horses with Clydesdales. Zira has recently released a mod which does the same. If I'd known I probably wouldn't have bothered but it's fun playing with the CS and pretending to be a real modder :D

I'm trying to make this as simple as possible for me.

 

Though I find the Horse Commands intriguing, I think I'd go for #2 in my choices above. One download, to address my concern. No more downloading several things and merging this and that, replacing this and that, and installing it via OMOD...

 

The only thing I don't like about #2 is that its old. Very old. Unlike all the mods you told me about which are very well updated.

Then again, maybe not. Read the comments of #2. Its like, "Ugh". I might just use Horse Commands.

Horse Commands works fine on it's own, you just don't see saddlebags on the horse. A problem for some but not really a big deal.

That's a problem for me then, even if it is just cosmetic.
