you should just need to create a new or override magic effect, apply the magic effect (id say fortify endurance/agility etc) to the rings, and edit the magic effect description

This is what it looks like atm; its a direct duplication from the Grognak costume effect, its no big deal but worth trying to get a little description at least.

Pipboy stats show you the abbreviation field ANAM of actor values records AVIF.

Actors values are set inside MGEF records.
