Nider001 Posted February 21, 2016 Share Posted February 21, 2016 I tried to add an advent stun lancer m3 without the sword (xlancer) by using this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comments/45rwal/how_to_add_aliens_to_the_armory_tutorial/The unit works, if I spawn it manually on the map, but refuses to appear in the armory. I spent about 5 hours trying to solve this problem with my limited knowledge without any results. Can someone please help me? I would like to have the viper spit and bind. But, I don't know how long it will take me to figure out. Regarding your mod, I find it hard to look through another mod to find out what may be missing. Are you able to get the example weapon mod working? You can add `log statements to your files, and run the game with the -log option, to make sure your functions are being called. What is the particular console command you are using to spawn your soldier? As I said, the unit itself works normally, so there's someting wrong with the add-to-armory thing. (I don't really understand what's going out in this file.)
