Game works but CTD's at main menu when I open it again

Okay so my game has been working perfect up until now . Yes I've tried re-verifying cache and all that . So , upon opening the game , it works perfect . No CTD's anywhere . If I close the game and reopen it , it'll crash at the main menu . I tried seeing if it was a mod , and upon disabling and re-enabling all of them one at a time , the problem persisted . After i restart my computer , it will work again , but then CTD at main menu if I open it again . I thought something in the .ini files were changing , because every time I restored a backup copy , the game worked after opening it a second time and so on . That stopped . That no longer seems to work , and I even set both .ini files that SKSE uses to read-only and still nothing .

Reinstalling is not an option , for it shall result in the loss of my soul . I'm thoroughly annoyed at this point but it's such a good game , especially when you mod the life out of it .

What in vulgarity is going on here ?

Here's my load order :

(The ones without numbers are disabled because they cause CTD's or I'm not using them . If anyone can tell me why those mods cause CTD's , that'd be appreciated too , thank you.)

Have you tried organizing your load order with LOOT? Last i recall bashed patch should be second last while all skyproc patches (reproccer) should be last at all times unless the mod author says otherwise. Also try rerunning your skyproc patch(es).

Oh yeah I am using LOOT . The reason those mods are last is because I made edits with TES5Edit , to suit the level of difficulty of the game . SkyTweak is a great mod , I wish I knew how to upload the settings and whatnot , or my skyrim/mods as a whole . I think I turned it into something pretty fun and challenging . But anyway , I'm just too lazy to make the edits in the bashed patch and such all over again , however , if it might work , I'll give it a shot . I'll post back when I go to play again .

So I have no idea what happened but it seems okay .... for now . I did notice NMM uses the skyrim.ini file , and can't now because it's set to read-only (good , i dont want any changes made) , but the problem happened even after not using NMM .

Who knows .
