Maybe InclusionExclusionLists array could be intercepted codewise and modified with custom ini of units to add.

DerBK, unrelated question, have you been able to remove a single definition of either MissionSchedules or ConfigurableEncounters with a - edit so that you can use your own + value in a mod? I can't seem to get that to work.

 

Haven't tried that, but there's a couple of mods that double pod sizes or the number of pods per map. I think those work exactly like that.
