zanity
As people have pointed out, pre-CK mods are made with love, whereas post CK, every 'script kiddie' will be able to bang out so-called 'mods' with no care or effort at all. Of course, the CK will also unlock the remaining 'secrets' of FO4, allowing much more sophisticated mods, but that very sophistication comes with its own inherent coding risks. What the original poster shows is the phenomenon of wanting to bow down to an arbitary 'authority figure' (Bethesda), while implicitly dissing the efforts of those he considers of 'lesser' significance (ie current modders). Given the history of the modern computer movement, this is a VERY sad (and faulty) attitude to hold indeed.
Gilibran
Still would'nt mean anything, you could have 2 tested and "certified" mods but install them together and they fry your PC. You are here because you want to mod your game, just be prepared to read alot, experiment, break your game multiple times, reinstalling it and starting over more then just a few times and learn. There is no such thing as mods handed to you on a silver platter. Most mod authors do a good job, fix problems when reported if possible even patch for compatibillity or someone else will do it, but problems are unavoidable no matter what tool is used no matter how thoroughly tested. Even Bethesda with acces to the game down to the last 1 and 0 manage to break the game with patches and DLC. If you want to be safe, just do not download a mod within 2 weeks after release and more then a few people have used it and reported the bugs. There are over 8,000 mods released already. There is no way that each of them was made with, "love" whatever that even means. There are serious modders working now and there will be after the CK is released. There are problematic mods now and there will be later. Mods built on FO4Edit are no better than those made with the CK. There are inherent risks with any mod, players should always be careful and zilav has posted a warning right on the FO4Edit mod description warning everyone that FO4Edit is still experimental and to use at your own risk. And, no, I don't think we need to stamp mods approved for being cleaned, etc.

Here is an old tune to help express it: Who can take a sunriseSprinkle it with dewCovers it with chocolateAnd a miracle or twoThe pre-CK modders can because theyMixed it with loveAnd made FO4 so good...
