No-glow not working

As the topic says, the no glow mod that I recently applied did not work, I thought it was just that mod, so I tried out several other, still no luck.

 

Is there a way to update the mods so they will work, or does someone know of another no glow mod that definitely works?

 

I am using several other mods coupled with texture replaces for weapons/armour/clothing.

 

EDIT: Have found the problem, as always a mod conflict, should have looked before I posted.
