MistressArianna
so the topic says a lot but how do i install the mods onto skyrim exactly?
rruff
First steps. Install Mod Organizer and Loot. Learn how to use them. Download mods and install using Mod Organizer. Use Loot to sort them. Play.

rruff
Another bit of advice. Try one mod at a time and verify that it seems to be working ok *and* you'd like to keep it before adding another. If you add a lot of mods you will eventually run into troubles. It can take a lot of time to sort them out. If you try out a mod and don't like it, then uninstall it in MO, rerun Loot, and revert back to a save before you installed it.
Kriiks
If you never used mods in Skyrim before, you might want to check out Gopher's modding tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxQ1JN_X-_Y&list=PLE7DlYarj-DdhDG41roBVJfNCqvO5MmKPJust instead of Nexus Mod Manager, I'd recommend Mod Organizer too, what he covered later in another tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4ZQpzf_iAE&index=1&list=PLE7DlYarj-DcLS9LyjEqOJwFUQIIQewcK
