Odd question: Better Deathclaws possible?

I've always found the Deathclaw to be more like kitty paws than Deathclaws.

Could it be possible to make them more fierceful looking, maybe more dragon, or ... well... scary?

As is, i feel rather the urge to pet them than kill them, so lovely they look, and if I am not incorrect, they should not?

Maybe a tad more like this one's face.
And spikey, yes, horned all over it's body.

Far more muscular, too, the ones in FO seem like they have tendency to be anorexic.
Perhaps a combination of this nice kitten below, and the dwarf under it?

A mega muscular critter would be sweet...
