How to edit a weapon stock to another weapon stock.

Hello, I'm new to modeling and texturing and I would like a little help for a simple project I want to do. I want to replace the stock on one weapon (Erebus Sniper Rifle.) and replace it with the Marksman Carbine stock.

 

I have NifSkope and Blender downloaded and installed but as I said I don't know much about what I am doing.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
