kevkiev
SInce the 1.3 patch gave me no end of headaches, I'd like to avoid the 1.4 patch when it rolls out. At least for a while 'til I can get a grip on what sorts of problems it causes. (I'd say "if any" but... ) I know I saw something on here a while back, but couldn't seem to find it. (Am I being dense or is it really not possible to limit a keyword search of this forum to just thread titles?) Anyways, Is it as simple as playing Steam in offline mode? I was also thinking of just saving a copy of my entire steamapps/common/fallout 4 folder (and my various INI files) and, if the patch gives me problems, just revert to that. bill8872
The only way to prevent steam from updating any game is to be offline or you will get official patches. I am using the Beta patch now, and with only one or two exceptions I have no problems with it. Edited February 25, 2016 by bill8872
