Unexpected crash after installing bundle of mods

Hello, if that is no problem I would like to ask for some assistance :/

I've decided to download and install bundle of mods.

And my game is crashing on startup.

I've downloaded every mod manually and double checked in LOOT if there are no conflicts. LOOT detected none.

I've tried to uncheck one by one in NMM some mods I believe could be in conflict and tried to restart game but the problem was persistent.

I've managed to launch the game once and on character creation screen all models had blank textures and invisible body parts.

I would love if someone could at least look at my mod list down below and give me some insight which mod could cause such problems? Or which one is known to cause compatibility issues?

hey first of all try and use mod orgnaizer it gonna make your life waaay easier ,second :if you crash after the bathesda logo that means you're missing a mod requierment for example alot of mods requires all DLCs ,third: if by blank textures you mean pink textures its because you have for example CBBE meshes 'nif type files' activated or in the data folder without the textures 'dds type files' that comes with the mod you will have pink textures .

Edit: I noticed you have the Ruffled Feather. Did you read this entire page? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/articles/975/?

DISABLING AND UNINSTALLING MODS

Many users are confused by the difference between disabling a mod's ESP file in the Nexus Mod Manager, and uninstalling it.

Some mods consist only of an ESP file. However, many, including this one, consist of an ESP plus resource files (textures, models, audio, etc), or even resource files without an ESP. This is why your list of installed mods and your load order list will often be different; mods without ESPs won't appear in the load order list.

Unchecking a mod in the load order list prevents the ESP from loading, but the game will continue to use any resource files associated with it. This can cause problems in itself. To 'disable' such a mod, you must uninstall it in NMM. This will remove the ESP and the resource files from your Data directory. NMM keeps the original downloaded mod, and it is easy to reinstall.

When troubleshooting problems it is often a good idea to uninstall all other mods besides the one you are focussing on, to ensure that no other mod files are interfering.

Alternate Start should be at the bottom of the load list. Alternate Start is not compatible with modified skeletons. From the Alternate Start page:

The game crashes whenever I use the bed! Don't tell me this isn't your fault either.

Surprise! It's not my fault either.

The only known cause for this is using a body mod with a mismatched skeleton that's not compatible with it. When the bed is used, your character gets stripped of the prison clothing and your new equipment is added based on what you started as. It is this process that causes the issue when a skeleton mod that doesn't match the body is used. Something to do with bones the body mod is looking for that the skeleton doesn't have. Oddly enough, this tends to only happen on female characters. I have no idea why that is.

If this just confused the s*** out of you, you're not alone. I don't use body mods. The only advice I can offer is to contact the authors of the body mod you're using and find out if it's compatible with the skeleton you're using. Trust me, you'll know if you're not using the vanilla skeleton because it requires installing one separately.

Again, since I don't know body mods, it's possible you just need to be sure that if the body mod comes with one that you're using that instead of something else.

You may have to choose which of these mods are most important and read each mod page carefully to be sure of compatibility. Already with Alternate Start and your Skeleton mod I can tell you haven't read the Alternate Start page because custom skeletons don't usually work with the bed in the prison.

FNIS is another kettle of fish that requires that you read the documentation VERY CAREFULLY because you are replacing animations. Quote from the mod page:

Note: You will have to run a generator tool GenerateFNISforUsers.exe (part of FNIS Behavior) every time you have installed or uninstalled FNIS, or an FNIS based mod. In addition, when you uninstall a mod that uses FNIS Creatures, you first have press the "De-Install Creatures" button, before you run the "Update FNIS Behaviors"

Why is it necessary to call GenerateFNISforUsers.exe every time I (re-)install or delete an FNIS based mod?
Behavior files were not intended by Bethesda to be moddable, so there is no native plugin interface for that. I'm aware that it was easier for the user with FNIS 2.1 and before. But it was impossible add some new FNIS features without a generator tool

Did you run this tool? Did you carefully read the documentation?

You have a lot of lighting and texture mods. They may conflict with each other or they may be stressing your graphics card. Some textures mods are not meant to be seen with some lighting mods and vice versa. From the SMIM mod page:

  Quote

If you use anamorfus' Enhanced Lights and FX, install SMIM first then pick the SMIM Meshes installer option for Enhanced Lights and FX.

Did you install in this order? NOT load order, INSTALL order.

MANY mods require compatibility patches when you use Perkus Maximus or SkyRE.

Unchecking mods does not install them or remove their scripts/quests. Scripts cannot just disappear from a game, in fact SOME mods tell you not to activate until after the opening sequence or until after another scripted mod has been started.

Load order matters and LOOT is not going to resolve all conflicts, it only knows to order mods based on dependencies that have been indicated by the mod authors. So if you want textures from one mod to overwrite textures from another then you need to manually move the winner lower on the list because LOOT can't read minds and know that's what you want. Sometimes INSTALL ORDER matters just as much as LOAD ORDER as in the case with SMIM and ELFX.

As far as I can see you have to prioritize which mods are essential, READ THE MOD PAGES CAREFULLY, download and test one at a time. You can't just throw a bunch of mods into the game like a stew :/

Also, it doesn't hurt to be sure you have the latest graphics card drivers. Crashing on Start Up sometimes indicates you are missing master files. Some mods require all DLCs and that Skyrim is up to date.

Also, could you post the load order? In NMM you can export the load order to the clipboard and then paste it here? (next to where the plugins are checked on or off, beneath the big green Check, is something like a white page with an arrow facing right). Also take a look at this thread to learn how to make a papyrus log, if it's a script that is crashing your game it will give some indication.
