scottmack Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 Hi all, i just finished my model and texture for a new revolver but when i export it and open it in geck it looks fine as it is supposed to but when i add it to a cell the weapon cannot be selected if i ground it and go to get it in game it cannot be picked up.. can anyone help? :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can either create one in Blender, or load a similarly sized/shaped vanilla nif in Nifskope, and I believe you open your custom nif in a separate instance of the program, then replace the vanilla trishape branches with yours and save it as a new nif. If you want to tweak it then, just import the nif into Blender and resize the collision layer. To create a collision layer from scratch in Blender, I used this After that, I had to edit the mesh in Nifskope and like the other poster said, change the top NiNode by right-clicking > Block > Convert > Bethesda > BSFadeNode.
