Bunker Hill roof problem

Hope someone can help me here cause i don't know where to begin trying to fix this problem, but basically i've just noticed this at Bunker Hill

It's the roof of the trading building.

 

Now.....i got to Bunker Hill for the first time ever last night and went to bed not long after. So i don't know if the roof was already like this, or if it's something i've done today while i've been updating mods. I really think i would have noticed this though last night if it was already like that, so i'm tending to think it's something i've done today.

 

The only mods i've updated so far today are....S'n'B roofs, Spring Cleaning and Vivid Fallout Landscapes.

I haven't noticed any other problems in other places so far, but i think that roof is kind of unique?

 

Any help as to where to start trying to fix this would be appreciated cause i just don't know where to begin. The only thing i've tried so far is to disable S'n'B roofs but the problem was still there.

 

And...i'm not saying this is a problem with a mod, probably just that i've done something wrong. Or maybe even something to do with a game setting?
