Game goes not responding when loading saves.

Just now I seem to be unable to get in game, when I hit contronue or choose to load a save it goes to the loading screen with the roulette wheel and the background changing, then it goes not responding and I have to ctrl+alt+del and close the game. The odd thing is when its not responding the backgrounds still change. Here is my mod load order maybe I need to shuffle some stuff around?

Any Advice? The game used to work fine so I suspect it might be a mod thats doing it.

wish i could say i did, but i don't
