Voice mod debug code

Hey all

 

I'm trying to make a voice mod, and whenever I debug, It tells me 'The program '[30804] StartDebugging.bat' has exited with code -1073741510 (0xc000013a)', and a black window with some code pops up.

I feel like this would be fairly easy to fix if I could just find a debug code database or something, but someone I spoke to told you guys were the ones to talk to. Any thoughts?

 

This is my first ever mod and I've been following this tutorial

Edit: When I actually play and preview the voice, nothing plays in-game or in-combat. A friend of mine has also suggested it could be file names and linking; I'm looking into that currently
