The Patriot (I believe) Armor suit is a living power armor that can talk, but I think it also talks when youre wearing it. Not 100% sure though. I'm trying to get into modding and if I can get good enough experience I wanna try this feat. I've always loved this set. Personally, I think it'd be difficult but manageable to get made.
