Help! Mod Problems!

FIRST!: BEFORE YOU READ THIS, I DID READ THE BAD MODS vs TRUE TECH SUPPORT!

Hello. Lightingft here, so i'm having a CTD, and maybe you guys could help me? :( Ok, so I already know that the CTD is from mods, because I tried disabling all of them. Ok, so i've tried the OBMM conflict detector, it detected... Um... a lot of conflicts, but on a past installation I had almost the same mods, and I didn't experience CTD's.. I don't know what to do, I want to play CTD-Free :(

EDIT: SOLVED! It was the MoDem's City Life mod that gave me the CTD. Off google for solutions :D

Disable all of them, start oblivion, save a new game. Then close out of it, re-open OBMM, and enable one mod. Just one. Then start up your game, load your file. If it works, repeat. If it CTDs, then the one mod you just checked off is causing the crash. Disable that one mod, see if the game works, then go back to adding one mod at a time to make sure there aren't multiple CTD causing mods. When you find the mods that CTD you, look at their respective compatibility issues, and see if you have any of the mods they list as problems. Then decide which of the two you want to use more, and delete the other. Then you're fine.
