Blue backgroung in game

At first i'd like to mention that I'm new to modding community and that I'm not nateive english speaker, so please forgive me some stupid mistakes :/

 

Recently my vanilla save file crashed, so i decided to do my second playtrough with couple mods, after few hours of watching YT videos, tutuorials and searching for interesting mods, that's what I came with (load order copied from LOOT):

Can someone tell me what could be causing this issue?

 

My specs: i5-4460 @ 3.2 ghz

GTX 960 2GB

8GB RAM

WIN 10

Did you sort the load order using LOOT?
