Elegant996 Posted May 27, 2011 Share Posted May 27, 2011 So I missed out on receiving the quest in Lothering and thought I would be able to receive it elsewhere (I am aware one of the dudes is in Lothering). Anyway I did not receive it from the Blackstone Irregulars anywhere else in the game and when I forcefully port back to Lothering only Dereliction of Duty is offered and not the Scraping the Barrel quest which should be there. I am wondering if anyone knows a way to forcefully make it show up in that chest (not in my quest log as it doesn't function correctly when I forcefully add it in) or know how to possibly turn off plot flags until it is available (I've tried with the console and had no luck).
