Consistent CTD and strange FNVEdit errors. Help?

Recommended Posts

In Fomm, find hh right click it and delete it. close fom. re run fnvdit and make sure it completes, all Dependant mods you have installed that require HH you do the exact same thing. you leave the BSA's intact because they are yours, you paid for them. The bsa's are not he problem, the esm is the problem, every file that call to that esm spreads the corrupted errors even further , you remove the dependent's And complain like H e db ll Because I f I paid good money and it was only available on line? I would scream bloody murder over that crap. you keep the resources. their yours. Some day a replacement file will come along and drop right in. But people can not run that crap in the game and expect it to run right, not to mention what you have written here/!!! Graphics's card issues , flashing the chips?!! get that thing out of your game.

Yeah a lot of this seems ridiculous, but to be fair the graphics flashing was a problem before HH. I can't imagine what is up, but I've been in contact with support for Mass Effect 1 & 2 and no one can figure out what's wrong. i might have to go to a computer forum and/or take it in for repair. It's a practically brand new PC and I don't know what's wrong. UGH!

Anyways thanks for the assistance. Much appreciated.

give me a little time with your diag dx thing. I may be able to find out whats wrong. I want you to do the following for me. run windows update and when it arrives at the point to install what ever it has found stop. look at the optional things firt. click it and see if your graphic's chips driver is listed. Uncheck everything except for hardware thing and submit your choices. install the equipment drivers they have. This may fix your problem. Let me know what happens . Ok.

No. It's all up to date. I just checked to be sure, but I auto update every day to keep it up.

It only has an option to Check for updates on "Windows Updates" Which I did since you asked. I use the AMD Catalyst Control Center for driver updates, but I've checked that everything is up to date. It has its own check for driver updates as well.

Driver File Version: 8.17.0010.1072 << this is retail, your catlyst are out of date. WDM 1.1 is default. Thats why you have a flashing issue., Bare bones drivers are installed, Stand by I am locating your drivers for you now.

FYI. I just realized that my DxDiag is out of date. I have the 11.5 at 8.17.0010.1077 version. Is still WDDM 1.1 though. Sorry about that.

http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_win7-64.aspx#2) display driver only ...Center tab top down load button. try this first if it does what you wand, then get the full package. when you get the full packages. you have to uninstall what you tried first, re boot, then install the software suite .after the suite is in stalled. you can reinstall the display driver to update it. I'll wait for you to do this
