Load Order Issues?

Hi Guys,

 

Thanks to all the modders out there!!!!! You guys take great games and make them amazing. I'm having issues in Fallout 4 getting my stores to show in the build menu and my artillery will no longer work. Not sure if it due to load order or what. Can some please take a look and give me some advice. For the most part this is the Managers default order. I did move Conveinent Stores to last hoping it would fix the stores issue, but no joy.
