Gishank
Hi, I recently purchased a fairly powerful linux (CentOS) VPS for various reasons, however unfortuently being rather cheap I forgot I have very little knowledge about the guts of linux and it's commands. Thus I tried looking in to a remote access client with a GUI, I found FreeNX however after following the tutorial on installation on CentOS' wiki I couldn't get the client to work, it connected and just crashed to the desktop without any error. Thus I turn to you guys, can you offer me an alternative? 0,o
Quetzlsacatanango
Run a VNC server of your choice on the linux box. TightVNC works really well for me as a windows VNC client.
Gishank
Unfortuently TightVNC doesn't seem to have a reasonably easy installation for someone with little knowledge of the guts of linux. And ever other VNC I've found is not free, so. >_<
