Fall through floor; wallk through walls--then i am stuck

Sometimes, I spontaneously fall through the ground and then am reset on the floor. Once in a mages guild (i forget which one), I fell through the floor and ended up in the basement.

 

i have fallen through the floor in the arena as well.

 

Also, sometimes I walkl through a wall and get stuck. This generally happens in the Talos Plaza District. Once, I attempted to pick a lock and canceled out and wound up on the other side of the wall. i had to fast travel out of there. Sure I could have teleported, but I am wondering if there is a fix to this problem. So far, there appear to be no major problems with the game because of the glitch but...
