AIHurrell
Hey, Recently downloaded and installed (using FOMM) the Underground Hideout New Vegas by Danthegeek, on the recommendation of a few users here. Installed fine according to FOMM, loaded the game up, and got nothing regarding quest information, or a location on the map. It's also come up with some graphics tearing, such as this: http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/9138/falloutnv20110528134442.png Which is constantly on  In terms of other mods running, I have most of the Ojo Bueno retextures, Realistic Battle and Dynamic Combat, ElectroCity and ofc FOOK I'm wondering if load order is the issue? Any ideas what the order should be? Or any ideas what to do? Thanks guys,Alistair
h3adjunk
1. do you have archiveinvalidation installed??? I had that same problem with some mods i installed, try reinstalling those mods, and then reactivate archiveinvalidation.Plus Fomm has a load order feature to help you with. remember to check for updates for the load order 2. the underground hideout is located behind Mnt. Spring Ranch house north of the quarry, go past bonnie springs you'll see the ruins of the house it's right next to a lake, behind the house you'll see the hatch to get inside

Do I need another variation?

Do I need another variation? search for it on FNV Nexus, install using FOMM, then follow the instructions below to ensure that it'll work correctly. look for your Fallout.ini and fallout_default.ini files. The Fallout.ini File will be in Your documents folder under `My Games` (where your saves folder is) and your Fallout_default.ini in your Fallout New Vegas folder where your FalloutNV.exe is. Open them both up. Scroll down and look for for [Archive] change it so it looks like this [Archive]SInvalidationFile=iRetainFilenameOffsetTable=1iRetainFilenameStringTable=1iRetainDirectoryStringTable=1bCheckRuntimeCollisions=0bInvalidateOlderFiles=1bUseArchives=1SArchiveList=Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa Only the first and last line need to change. Make sure both .ini files are like that and save. Make sure the ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa is in your Fallout New Vegas data folder and you should be set. Remove any ArchiveInvalidation.txt files as you will not need them anymore
AIHurrell
Did that, seems to be working now - well, no graphics bugs anyway! Still no quest though?
