Necromancer Armor

Hello everyone; i recently got the idea i wanted a necromancer armor but not just any one, i wanted it to be kind of a futuristic one (some of you must know the necron race from the warhammer 40000: dawn of war game)

 

Its supposed to have wires, green glowing things (similar to AlienSlof Giger armor but more mechanical than organic) and i also wanted it to be a revealing armor, like most of the stuff in here

 

Im no modder but i can work with existing meshes and textures, and seeing what im asking is such a big project for now, im asking for some references, references on where can i get parts according to my description.

These 3 images have a slightly idea of what im saying (the second one doesnt but iwd be thankful for any ideas on where to get meshes too ;)

I know an armor with a similar cuirass and i know Lady Death has a skeleton bra too

The shape of the idea.

 

Im asking for directions of meshes but if anybody is up to the task of doing it, then much better!
