Converting mods from Skyrim to Fallout 4?

Let me preface this by saying that I haven't made any mods, but I am willing to learn if that's what it takes. Ever since I've started playing Skyrim a bit more there's a few mods there that I'd like to be able to transfer over for use in Fallout 4, because why not?

The mod in particular is a pack of weapons, which is linked here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4994/?

What I'm wondering is if it's possible to move the models over to Fallout 4 in some way? Granted there's probably more to this than I can imagine so I may be off base with the question entirely.

If someone were to make these weapons for Fallout 4 or tell me how to do it, that would be appreciated.

I've been able to get rigged clothing pieces from both Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas into the game, so I seriously cannot imagine those weapons would be even remotely difficult. For certain definitions of 'not difficult' obviously, since it's not a novice's task unless you're stubborn and determined to learn. Honestly, not even that should be an issue if you can follow directions :) (Other people may jump in to warn you away from the attempt, but I'd be a bloody hypocrite if I told you a newb can't learn this stuff).

I have seen several workflows posted here and there in this subforum on how to get objects into the game, including weapons, so you may try searching around. I don't know if any of them are for Blender though, which means you will need 3DS Max or Maya. Or I could try to answer Blender-specific questions, but I haven't really done anything with weapons in fo4 yet :ermm:

The important part is getting permission from the original author. Since they all appear to be original meshes and textures, there isn't the normal issue with porting (that being: ported vanilla assets are not allowed, which includes porting assets that were made from vanilla assets).

So I did some digging and found what may be an origin point for at least some of the weapons in that pack: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3542/?

This person seems to be the creator and has apparently "gone rogue" and has given permission for free use for his mods. So I at least got permission for the important weapons. As for the others, the uploader of the pack hasn't been on the Nexus since last November, but I don't want to assume I have full permission like I do with some of the weapons from the first guy.
