Some dubts about the ToS

Hello to everyone.

 

I've some question about uploading mods and the ToS.

 

Can I be banned if I upload a reskinned or converted vanilla model for the same game?

As an example: if I upload a mod that contain a converted vanilla armour from Oblivion(say, a Daedric Armour converted to HGEC) to the Oblivion Nexus can I be banned if reported?

 

I ask this because I'm thinking about starting to upload mods for Oblivion and Morrowind, but I don't want to be banned for my very first mod uploaded because it may break the ToS.

If it's for the same game it originated from, then no you'll be fine.

 

This is how most of the body replacer variants of vanilla armours and clothing are done.

 

If it's someone elses model though, you should ask permission from its creator first.
