Too many textures not enough content mods

Does anyone else agree that there are too many texture mods and not enough content mods? There is so much modders can do (none of which teach me how) and people constantly make this minimal changes to clothing items. I wanted to see new spells and abilities, more enemies, and overall things that enhance the actual gameplay. Anyone agree?

Everyone agrees, but most of the stuff you listed is plain impossible to do.

On my own behalf I can make some minor changes to spells or maybe some skills, but not much ideas pass by, plus as you see Dragon's Dogma modding is rather dead with awkwardly low activity... =/
