JDFan
why is this going on? there are some in the mages guild and frost craid spire.HELP!?~ john THe yellow blocks mean that the game can not find some meshes and is loading the default mesh instead of crashing the game ( the default mesh is a large diamond shape with an ! inside it ) IF you have installed any mods lately you probably did something wrong on the install (check for a double folder like oblivion\data\data or oblivion\data\meshes\meshes as this is easily done when unpacking a mod rar file )
The Dark Brother
Yes, I had that problem with OOO 1.3. When downloading a mod, always look for meshes/textures folders and if present, copy them into your Oblivion/Data folder, overwriting when prompted. That sorted out OOO for me, which I highly recommend by the way!
snipersw
I downloaded the White Stallion MOD but I got several yellow blocks at the white stallion lodge... I've checked for a double folder but it's all OK... so I used the conflict detector and there were lots of conflicts with the thievery MOD... 1 of the conflicts is this one: Record type: Worldspace (WRLD)EDID: TamrielFormID: 0100003C Overrides original entry in 'Oblivion.esm'Overlaps with CM Partners.esp and thievery.esp Any idea? Thx in advance...
xeltius
The same thing happened to me, but only once in the pale pass dungeon where you fight the Ghost boss at the end. It was two big yellow triangles with two (i think) smaller black boxes in them. I think the boxes were supposed to be lanterns. I have not run into this problem again so am not sure if i should consider this a big problem yet.
