Get all item in store with killing the store owner

I am looking for the MOD that able to get all entire items with killing the Store Owner (or merchant).

Like I kill the Store NPC with 900 caps in his or her store, after I kill, I could get only 48 caps from that corpse.

 

So I looking for the MOD that able to get 900 caps with killing the store owner.
