Custom Notes/Holotapes

a.k.a. How has nobody thought of this yet.

 

Basically, I'm wondering if it would be possible to create a mod/addon that would introduce the ability to write and edit your own custom notes that would be viewable in-game on the Pip-Boy. Something simple, basic, like Notepad.

 

I'm asking this, because I thought it would be kind of cool to jot down notes about something into your Pip-Boy without having to resorting to Alt+Tabbing out of the game to jot it down on a word document instead. Such as the location of a supply cache or salvage cache, useful information you don't want to forget, or just notes in general. I imagine that people who do RP would find it useful for keeping a journal, or something similar.

 

If something like what I'm describing already exists, I can't find it.

Nice. Just kind of surprised such a mod hasn't been made or even worked on until now. I'd think others would have come up with something like this for a more immersive experience.
