Statics and other world art not appearing.

I've checked the UESP Wiki, to no avail. I noticed whilst walking around the shivering isles a strange rock floating in the air. I dismissed it as a simple world building stuff up. Later, I ran into what seemed an invisible wall. I thought I might have glitched inside a static without knowing, but that didn't check out. Soon after, I hit another invisible wall AND found an invisible plant (my cursor had its name). I have patched to fix the FormID bug. The last thing I remember doing was making a mod for someone placing an item in the SI world. The quick fix may be simply re-installing the expansion, but I'd rather not just yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

EDIT: Sorry! I reloaded my game and all seemed right. I guess I just had to exit and restart it. You can lock this if you want.
