Power Armor Damaging itself?

Hi, everytime i go out of my settlement (RedRocket) without my Power Armor (i leave it in the repair station thing):

 

-When i come back all the pieces of the armor are damaged (always a same specific ammount, such as 4/50 in the legs) and any upgrades that i have done disappear, its back to standard.

 

I have no idea why, i have no game mods that should affect it, all my mods:

 

Better Locational Damage.esp

Better Explosives - Lite.esp

Scrap Everything.esp

fog.esp

MinigunDamage.esp

No Loot Respawn.esp

dD-NoVATSDamageReduction.esp

Improved .50 Mod.esp

MortalSettlers.esp

Raiders Won't REspawn.esp

The only mod i had for the P.A was the improved durability by 75% mod, but i have removed it and the problem remains...

Btw i have started a new game with no power armor plugins whatsoever as listed above, and same problem persists:

 

 

-No Fusion core consumption

-I fix the power armor parts, but they remain damaged

you are experiencing the cell reset problem

mods that edit cells cause this

 

in your case its the scrap everything mod that's causing it
