OneStoutViking Posted March 5, 2016 Share Posted March 5, 2016 I'm not sure how feasible it would be to add soldiers to different teams (and be able to name those teams) and after so many missions together fighting as that team, they all gain bonuses, but only if they remain a part of that team. Like Team A fights together for 5 missions, everyone in that team gains a +1 will. But next mission, only three people from Team A and one random soldier from Team B go on the mission. The +1 will bonus no longer applies because not everyone going on the mission is from Team A. Or maybe the three people from Team A get the bonus but not the one from Team B because that soldier is not a part of Team A and no one else from Team B is going.
