Crash near the end.

I'm at the point now where Martin is about to open the portal to paradise, but before he ever gets a chance the game crashes to the desktop. I can be looking at him, the floor, the cieling, the walls, doesn't matter. At some point upon entering that room, the game will crash. If I quickly leave the room I can run around CRT all I liked. But I step back into the room, and bam, crast to desktop. My system can be viewd here. It is the latest patched version of Oblivion and Shivering Isles (as well as every other official add on) has been installed too. And yes, I'm running lots of mods, but non are recently installed and this is the first crash I've come accross in 90 odd hours of play that I can repeat with ease. Help anyone? This is a bit of a game breaker.
