Race mod not working issue.

was wondering if anyone can help me with a problem?

My friend sent (that i met on here) sent me an old race that he used so i can but no matter what i do the race doesn't seem to work..

Its a great race and still wins all of the competitions in the Image Share would anyone be able to help me?

Without knowing what it is and what the problem is - we can't be much help.

Also, What Operating System?

Where is the game installed? Default or custom location?

What utility programs do you use (BOSS, OBMM, Wrye Bash, other?

ALL Current mods In Load order

What have you already tried?

My computer is an Asus 64bit windows 7 gaming computer..

I use OBMM (Oblivion Mod Manager) also I use 7z

My friend send me a race that is attached to this message.

For some reason it will not let me upload the file so i can either send it to ur e-mail or any other method
