Adding none common games to NMM

So ive modded a handfull of games through NMM (fallout, witcher series, etc) everything works great and all and no complaints. So i checked and there seems to be mods available for a much broader range of games than the "common" ones. I cant seem to find out or figure out how to add modding to these games, for example i am currently playing American Truck simulator and there is 1 mod available but there are a handful of ETS (euro truck) available so my assumption is that sooner or later more mods will come out. However i am unable to find a directory to an ATS folder or anything of the sort. Thanks

You can not "add games" to NMM, it supports what it supports, if a game becomes popular enough I believe the site owner/NMM devs "may" look at adding compatibility for a certain game depending on the complexity of the process as its not just a simple add a few lines of codes.

Most games are modified completely different from each other and some are more mod-able then others.

 

Bethesda games like skyrim, fallout series etc have all shared the basic same system for adding new mods near enough and are popular so that is probably why they are added quickly.
