New Update - Missing Signs?

So, in the update at the end of last month, Bethesda added a handful of vanilla signs to the craftable list. Mostly pretty generic stuff, but stuff that wasn't previously available in the vanilla workbench.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing them. I see the added paintings, but in signs what I have are 17 "Sign" objects that take 4 steel each to make, that have no preview and no in-world existence. It's like it's a placeholder for something they haven't added yet, but I know that's not the case.

I'm wondering if this might be a mod conflict of some sort, or some problem with SK that is glitching the new stuff?

I'm using some of the larger settlement mods, including Homemaker, Snap'n Build, OCDecorator, and Business Settlements, along with my own signs and posters mods. I've removed each of them one at a time and checked, and the 17 blanks are still there, but sometimes the new item "+" symbol is there, and sometimes it's not.

I tried looking in FO4Edit for the new signs to see if I could track down the issue, but since I don't know what they're called, I have no idea what to look for. Like I said, they're all called "Sign" in the build menu.

I'm at a loss at this point. It's not a huge issue because they're just generic signs, but I'd still like to have them available.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, have you found a way to fix it?
