Sure --TODO-- doesn't imply Firaxis DEVs will or would try to continue a few "Todo" tasks... but i find it extremely funny to realize cool options were left hanging in the Twilight Zone. Here's a quick example (by which this post was triggered, btw) !... From UITacticalHUD_SoldierInfoTooltip.uc. I was just trying to figure if the Mobility Stat could be inserted in that ToolTip. I soon realized the actual enum for it isn't defined in the necessary structure. We get what is there.. that is all. Unless, some genius could find another way.
