I use to get download rates of 500kb/sec and now I get about 2-3mb/sec when downloading a file. You also do not have to wait for those silly 30 second ad videos that you have to watch when downloading a file. The added Supporters imageshare is amazing and the download history is great when you need to restore your computer and do not remember what mods were downloaded. Hope this helps. =) Also I don't really know how great Honest Hearts is since I haven't played it yet but I will get the DLC soon and reply with my answer.
