Slight NCR Ranger combat armor change

I hate asking but I am just learning to Mod and its slow goings but I had an idea for a set of armor, so if anyone is willing to make this I thank you.

 

What the armor is the NCR Ranger combat armor without the jacket and the chest piece in a dark brown like on the cover of the game, here is a link.

I would like it not to have any sleeves and finger less gloves if at all possible. The stats I would like are DT of 12 and a weight of 15.
