I can't hear reload sound for bozar and .45 pistol in first person.

Alright, so yesterday as usual I downloaded some mods for my New Vegas, today I launched the game and noticed that .45 pistol and bozar lacks reload sound in first person only, yes, if I'm in third person it works.

I tried to disable all mods, delete sound folder but nothing seems to work for me.

Hm, If I can recall correctly I deleted a file called reloadsound.esm/esp or something like that, I don't remember the full name or the mod it was included with.
