Again, I was specifically thinking about random NPCs, which includes enemy NPCs.

I thought that the second link did that. Guess I was wrong. You could always try and do it yourself, it's really quite easy. I would offer to do it, but I don't think I'll have time considering I'm already working on two mods.

What do you mean by a few? I just want the facegen for enemy NPCs to be changed.

I can only do basic editing in the ck. I can't do any serious editing with blender. But there are a lot of random npcs, so I won't be able to edit all of them.
